Celebration of Life Planning

Every celebration of life begins with a story.

A celebration of life is more than an event. It's an opportunity to gather, remember, and celebrate a life well lived. We manage every aspect of the planning process from the first conversation through the final guest departure, allowing your family to focus on what matters most - being together.

Bringing Their Story to Life

No two people leave the same legacy, so no two celebrations should ever feel the same.

We begin by getting to know the person you're honoring. What made them laugh? What traditions did they cherish? What hobbies defined them? Where did they love to spend time? What meals brought everyone to the table? What stories do family and friends tell again and again?

Those answers become the foundation for every decision we make.

From the venue and menu to the music, flowers, keepsakes, and guest experience, every detail is thoughtfully chosen to reflect the person being celebrated.

Every celebration should feel unmistakably like the person being remembered.

Celebration Planning Consultation

Starting at $395

Sometimes you do not need someone to plan the entire celebration. You simply need an experienced professional to help you determine what to do and where to begin.

During this private 60–90-minute virtual consultation, we will talk about the person you are honoring, your vision for the gathering, the decisions you are facing, and any questions or concerns you have about the planning process.

You will receive thoughtful, personalized guidance and practical ideas based on your family, priorities, budget, and timeline.

This service is ideal for families who plan to organize the celebration themselves but would benefit from professional direction, reassurance, and a clear place to start.

Consultation + Personalized Planning Guide

Starting at $695

This service includes a private 60–90-minute virtual consultation followed by a customized written planning guide created specifically for your celebration.

During our conversation, we will discuss the person being honored, your ideas for the gathering, your priorities, your budget, and any logistical or creative questions you are facing.

Following the consultation, you will receive a personalized guide outlining recommendations, priorities, meaningful ideas, a suggested event flow, and clear next steps. When appropriate, the guide may also include curated resources and suggestions for vendors, products, or services.

The result is a practical roadmap that allows your family to move forward with greater clarity and confidence while continuing to manage the planning yourselves.

Every Celebration is Different.

There is no right way to celebrate a life.

Some gatherings are elegant dinners with close family and friends. Others welcome hundreds of guests to celebrate a remarkable life. Some include live music, favorite family recipes, signature cocktails, or meaningful keepsakes. Others are centered around storytelling, laughter, and shared memories.

Every celebration begins with the same question:

Who were they?

That answer becomes the foundation for everything we create.

Begin with a Conversation.

Every meaningful celebration starts by listening.

We'll take the time to learn about your loved one, understand your family's vision, and discuss the people, places, traditions, and memories that made them unique.

From there, we'll guide you through every step of the planning process and create a celebration that feels personal, thoughtful, and worthy of the life being honored.
